Bas Rutten MMA Workout – Boxing Audio Tracks

The workout is pretty straightforward. Bas Rutten calls out punching/kicking combinations, and you perform them. When every punch you throw is full power, it builds muscle strength and endurance and wears you out.
You wouldn’t believe how many combinations can fit into 2 or 3 minutes. Start on your own pace and build this up until you keep up with Bas’ instructions. Now you worked up to where you can do all ten two-minute rounds or all seven three-minutes rounds . One workout adds up to 30 minutes , and is an intense cardio workout.
It’s extremely fun and you can do this at home or take workout any where you want. your hotel room or beach when travel. No excuse anymore to skip the Gym!
